Stress Reduction

Stacee Finkelstein
Hi! My name is Stacee and I’m the owner of Stamaste. Stamaste is a yogic lifestyle company that creates a warm, safe, serene space for anyone who wishes to start yoga, or deepen their yoga practice
I was inspired to explore yoga by my grandmother. Within a year of starting my personal yoga practice, I began to notice subtle shifts in the way that I carried myself ,my posture, and overall confidence. Inspired by these internal transformations, I took my first 200-hour yoga teacher training program in 2015. I am currently an E-RYT 500 hour instructor, trained in hatha and vinyasa yoga.
I began studying hatha and vinyasa yoga under seasoned teacher Faith Hunter. I would continue on my yoga path to attend pranayama and meditation retreats, deepening my spiritual connection to the practice of yoga and to myself. I have also attended many sequencing workshops, in which I explored how to create a unique sequence to elevate my future yoga classes.
After achieving my 500 hour certification, I have learned innovative and creative methods of designing an enlightened experience for my students, utilizing meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, kriyas, mudras, chants, and mantras. I was also trained in kudalini yoga by combining postures, breathing, eye focus, hand positions, and meditation to strengthen the body and uplift the spirit. My advanced teacher training also prepared me for chakra healing and chakra sequencing. I am so excited to be continue on this journey of yoga and deepen her knowledge of advanced yoga sequencing and theory not only for my students, but also for myself.

Jennifer Degen
I was looking for a way to recover from feelings of self-doubt after having had a traumatic brain surgery. I decided after watching the character Nick in the movie Enlighten Up, the yoga skeptic, tear up that yoga would be worth the experiment. The next day I committed to practice 100 straight days of yoga online. The intention at the time was to transform my pain. 12 years later, here I am a dedicated student of yoga, and teaching, coaching and facilitating yoga retreats is the center of my life as a Somatic Coach and Resiliency Expert. Having always been a spiritual seeker, with multiple losses, and injuries that influence my journey, I have discovered my intuition is my best guidance. That gut feeling and heartbreak have new meaning to me now. My classes are experiences for you to garner the tools that can support you to move through life’s inevitable disruptions, traumas and personal events that leave us contracted, exhausted, fearful, uncertain or addicted. My classes help you explore the truth of what is getting in the way of you living more wholly and fully. You will discover the sweet nectar of whole life fitness; deepen both your core values, while also restoring balance and strength back into your life. If you have a desire to feel more joy, ease and freedom, while deepening your commitments to yourself, then come to my class for some inspiration. We all have an inner guide that we can tap into to reach our greatest potential if we hold the mirror up to ourselves. See you in the yoga room!
Pain Management

Tianna is a woman, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a kitesurfer, a seeker of knowledge, a certified yoga therapist, a health coach and a licensed physical therapist. She came to yoga in search of relief from persistent pain. And early after graduating from PT school, she saw that yoga could be beneficial for her patients. She completed training with Ginger Garner, PT of Professional Yoga Therapy Institute. This completely changed her way of working with her patients from a more whole-person view. And also helped her find peace with her own pain experience.
She also has her 200 YTT from Mount Madonna Institute. And she earned a health coaching certification from Integrative Women’s Health Institute, where she learned about integrative nutrition and natural ways to ease pain and balance women’s health issues.
Currently she runs her business, Mind-Body Movement Center, where she integrates yoga therapy, physical therapy and nutrition to help people with persistent pain, as well as women’s health issues (pelvic pain, hormone balance, continence and digestion).
