Michelle Hastie Thompson
Michelle Hastie Thompson is the founder and owner of The OM Institute. She’s been helping women heal their relationship with weight, food, and exercise since 2009. She teaches Flow to the Beat & An Overeaters Support group once per week
Sara Ann Aerts
Sara Ann is the manager of The OM Institute Virtual Yoga Studio. She has been empowering women to take back their power, establish healthy boundaries and love their life through her LOVE Retreats and Spiritual coaching since 2016. She teaches a Slow Flow class every weekday morning.
