We Start Monday, Are You Ready to Feel Lighter?
Learn the simple strategies to stop binge eating and start utilizing your daily prompts to automatically eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full even if you’ve tried everything and feel like it’s impossible to eat less. You will use these prompts all 5 days.
Learn the proven method to create an optimal fat burning environment in the body that clients have been using for over 10 years & reset your body with a guided mediation. This sets the foundation for the next 3 days.
It’s time to take some yoga! We will stream a live class that emphasizes relaxation and restoration that you can take right from your home to maintain accountability of having a teacher live but removing the obstacles of in person yoga.
Lose the “blood, sweat & tears” attitude but keep the results through a yoga strengthening class. Unlike traditional strength classes that focus on disconnecting from the body to push your limits learn how to connect deeper to your body and take a break from incessant mind chatter.
It’s time to ask your body what it wants as we wrap up the challenge. Does it want a relaxing class or a strengthening class. Yin or Yang? We are taught to live in extremes and it’s time to invite balance into your life by tuning in to what your body needs. Giving our bodies what they need allows for consistent fat burning.
