Hi! My name is Stacee and I’m the owner of Stamaste. Stamaste is a yogic lifestyle company that creates a warm, safe, serene space for anyone who wishes to start yoga, or deepen their yoga practice. I was inspired to explore yoga by my grandmother. Within a year of starting my personal yoga practice, I began to notice subtle shifts in the way that I carried myself ,my posture, and overall confidence. Inspired by these internal transformations, I took my first 200-hour yoga teacher training program in 2015. I am currently an E-RYT 500 hour instructor, trained in hatha and vinyasa yoga. I began studying hatha and vinyasa yoga under seasoned teacher Faith Hunter. I would continue on my yoga path to attend pranayama and meditation retreats, deepening my spiritual connection to the practice of yoga and to myself. I have also attended many sequencing workshops, in which I explored how to create a unique sequence to elevate my future yoga classes. After achieving my 500 hour certification, I have learned innovative and creative methods of designing an enlightened experience for my students, utilizing meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, kriyas, mudras, chants, and mantras. I was also trained in kudalini yoga by combining postures, breathing, eye focus, hand positions, and meditation to strengthen the body and uplift the spirit. My advanced teacher training also prepared me for chakra healing and chakra sequencing. I am so excited to be continue on this journey of yoga and deepen her knowledge of advanced yoga sequencing and theory not only for my students, but also for myself.

Tianna is a woman, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a kitesurfer, a seeker of knowledge, a certified yoga therapist, a health coach and a licensed physical therapist. She came to yoga in search of relief from persistent pain. And early after graduating from PT school, she saw that yoga could be beneficial for her patients. She completed training with Ginger Garner, PT of Professional Yoga Therapy Institute. This completely changed her way of working with her patients from a more whole-person view. And also helped her find peace with her own pain experience.
She also has her 200 YTT from Mount Madonna Institute. And she earned a health coaching certification from Integrative Women’s Health Institute, where she learned about integrative nutrition and natural ways to ease pain and balance women’s health issues.
Currently she runs her business, Mind-Body Movement Center, where she integrates yoga therapy, physical therapy and nutrition to help people with persistent pain, as well as women’s health issues (pelvic pain, hormone balance, continence and digestion).

Namaste. I completed my first Yoga training with Devalila in 2011 under Stephanie Pappas. The following year Devalila offered an inversion CE workshop which I also took part in and thoroughly enjoyed. Having then relocated from New Jersey to Philadelphia I had the pleasure of an in depth anatomy CE weekend at HotBox Yoga in Manayunk. In my early years as an instructor I worked predominantly with private clients, however, moving back to NJ I began teaching at studios in 2015 in addition to my private clients. It was last year that I became intrigued with Buti yoga, and became certified in May 2017. My respect for this innovative practice lasted and when the opportunity to double down on both my RYT and Buti certifications presented itself, I jumped at the chance. My original schooling is classified as Hatha Yoga, and while all encompassing, my personal practice favors the fluidity of Vinyasa. In January of 2018 a Vinyasa/Hot/Buti Yoga intensive 200HR Teacher training in Kona, Hawaii reset my personal and professional trajectory. My path forward: Airs Above Yoga offers clients a practice tailored to suit the needs of the Equestrian (and anyone who sits in a chair all day!)
Montse has been working for the last 20 years, among other things, mentoring young artists in the world of theatre and performance. It was her passion for sharing and to help others realise their potential, that eventually lead her onto the path of yoga teaching. A practitioner since the late 90s, she never considered teaching, but finally took the leap and… couldn’t be happier! Montse first trained in the UK and later on added another 500hr in Rishikesh, India, with Krisha and Sangeeta Shikhwal, working with them on traditional hatha yoga, with elements of Iyengar style alignment and restorative yoga. Her classes are relaxed, friendly, with emphasis on alignment and large doses of humour. Everyone feels welcome, regardless of their level of skill or how long they had on the mat. Montse’s moto is ‘be your own template’, both in life and in yoga… Your shape is unique and so is your life, so don’t follow the ‘should be or look like this or that’; find your own path… on and off the mat. Montse will gently guide you in that exploration, as she has done with actors over the years she can help you find your own path, your own uniqueness and your own yoga practice. “She is a fantastic teacher in both the dynamic and more restorarative classes. Above all, she is a great facilitator who cares for you every step of the practice and encourages you to own your own practice and work within your availability to get into a pose, without needlessley pushing into a particular shape. I can highly recommend her classes!” – Matt Fennemore
Hi, I’m Julie! Yoga has given me a complete re-birth of what life is about, and the beauty of actually living. Before yoga, I was completely run down with the rat race of society, going from thing to thing, crossing off my workouts for the sake of a completed to-do list, but all I felt was complete disconnection from myself, my purpose, and my own body. My students who come to my classes establish that re-connection to their bodies and experience what it’s like to tap into their inner fire and build strength. Movement through yoga for me is healing, it is what has brought me a deeper purpose and connection to myself and life. In my classes students will go from low energy, to feeling their inner fire, feeling energized, feeling their personal power be re-ignited and build full-body strength. My power yoga classes are designed to build and strengthen your whole body while getting you to connect with your breath and work up a sweat! My classes are designed to incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental endurance all in one class, each practice is customized, and inspired by teachers like Cat Meffan who inspired me to teach in the virtual yoga community, to bring you in each yoga practice the perfect blend of sweat and serenity in the comfort of your own zen den. My approach to yoga is simple, my intention is to give each student the space to show up on their mat each week, to be connected the hour we practice together with their own body, to always do what feels right in their body, to create the space for each student to discover themselves- so you know when you need to chill out and to know when you a challenge. I believe to my core that movement is the medicine of life, and the first way to bring a deeper awareness to mind body connection, a vital piece in healing. That’s why I have dedicated my life and career to MOVEMENT, and became a personal trainer, and completed my yoga teacher training in Sedona, Arizona. My path has allowed me to learn the science behind how the body works, all it’s anatomy, and physiology, and how everything divinely functions as one. Through my education in dental science and dental hygiene, I have seen patients with various lifestyle diseases, chronic illnesses, and most of all stress-related illnesses brought on by our go-go society and disconnection from our own minds and bodies. I have seen the damage first hand of what happens when you aren’t living from your heart space, and living in a constant state of stress, tension, and external stimuli. Yoga, movement with breath, and allowing pent up prana (energy) to flow through your body is life changing. I am a student of life, and constantly diving deeper into my personal yoga practice and learning more and more about yoga and the connection with breath and strength. I believe movement and natural healing through ayurvedic and plant-based nutrition at its core is essential in our society to get out of our minds and into our bodies, to relish in the mind-body connection to live out a deeper more conscious existence. With my blend of strength and power with breathwork in my classes, I hope you will feel my high energy to each and every one of my students for my undeniable love of the practice, as well as my constant desire to continue to learn and deepen my knowledge through my own continued yoga education as well as my experience with other forms of movement through personal training and functional fitness. Can’t wait to see you there!
Amber Hagberg is a international yoga teacher living in Costa Rica, where she has called home for the last 4 years. Back in 2008, yoga came into her life at a time of desperation and deep depression where she had no purpose or desire for life. Through the profound transformation that transpired and continues to evolve in her life, Amber’s mission became clear. She continues to study yoga and learn more about herself so that she is able to better serve her students and give back to yoga what yoga has continuously and unconditionally given her for the last 10 years. She knows that yoga is changing the world, one practice, one human at a time. When practicing yoga with Amber, you can expect to be taken on a journey inward towards your heart in a space where you feel held and safe to come and be exactly as you are where you are. Amber believes that the yoga mat practice is just the beginning. The fruits of the practice come when we use the tools and lessons, we discover and uncover on our yoga mat in our daily lives. “We are all in this together. One heart beat, one breath at a time.”
