Hi! My name is Stacee and I’m the owner of Stamaste. Stamaste is a yogic lifestyle company that creates a warm, safe, serene space for anyone who wishes to start yoga, or deepen their yoga practice. I was inspired to explore yoga by my grandmother. Within a year of starting my personal yoga practice, I began to notice subtle shifts in the way that I carried myself ,my posture, and overall confidence. Inspired by these internal transformations, I took my first 200-hour yoga teacher training program in 2015. I am currently an E-RYT 500 hour instructor, trained in hatha and vinyasa yoga. I began studying hatha and vinyasa yoga under seasoned teacher Faith Hunter. I would continue on my yoga path to attend pranayama and meditation retreats, deepening my spiritual connection to the practice of yoga and to myself. I have also attended many sequencing workshops, in which I explored how to create a unique sequence to elevate my future yoga classes. After achieving my 500 hour certification, I have learned innovative and creative methods of designing an enlightened experience for my students, utilizing meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, kriyas, mudras, chants, and mantras. I was also trained in kudalini yoga by combining postures, breathing, eye focus, hand positions, and meditation to strengthen the body and uplift the spirit. My advanced teacher training also prepared me for chakra healing and chakra sequencing. I am so excited to be continue on this journey of yoga and deepen her knowledge of advanced yoga sequencing and theory not only for my students, but also for myself.

“We are always one decision away from changing our lives. Choose wisely and come ALIVE!
Sara Ann is all too familiar with those words. For in a moment, she made one decision that did in fact change the course of her life forever. “The day I turned in my badge and watched one dream come to a close, to give life to an even bigger one was a life-altering, transformational day.” Serving as an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation was all Sara Ann knew for most of her life. What began as a childhood fantasy, became a 14-year reality that gave her every cutting edge resource to live life at the ultimate level. Learning the inner workings of the government, complex personal human behavior patterns, courage in the face of crime, the ability to charge ahead when all others retreat, years of gaining knowledge, skills and personal accomplishments that most will never know. It is with those credentials and contrast that she chose to share LOVE and all she continues to realize about the true key to human fulfillment. LOVE has catapulted her to new heights and she intends to spread it wildly. Her big vision is to inspire humans everywhere to stand up, raise their words and speak their truth from a deep, deep space of love. The ability to do this comes from making the decision to heal yourself first, and then stand strong. Stand proud. Stand loud. All coming from big LOVE.
Sara Ann is a powerhouse, ready to connect and grow with every soul aching to truly BE more LOVE.

Tianna is a woman, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a kitesurfer, a seeker of knowledge, a certified yoga therapist, a health coach and a licensed physical therapist. She came to yoga in search of relief from persistent pain. And early after graduating from PT school, she saw that yoga could be beneficial for her patients. She completed training with Ginger Garner, PT of Professional Yoga Therapy Institute. This completely changed her way of working with her patients from a more whole-person view. And also helped her find peace with her own pain experience.

She also has her 200 YTT from Mount Madonna Institute. And she earned a health coaching certification from Integrative Women’s Health Institute, where she learned about integrative nutrition and natural ways to ease pain and balance women’s health issues.

Currently she runs her business, Mind-Body Movement Center, where she integrates yoga therapy, physical therapy and nutrition to help people with persistent pain, as well as women’s health issues (pelvic pain, hormone balance, continence and digestion).

Namaste. I completed my first Yoga training with Devalila in 2011 under Stephanie Pappas. The following year Devalila offered an inversion CE workshop which I also took part in and thoroughly enjoyed. Having then relocated from New Jersey to Philadelphia I had the pleasure of an in depth anatomy CE weekend at HotBox Yoga in Manayunk. In my early years as an instructor I worked predominantly with private clients, however, moving back to NJ I began teaching at studios in 2015 in addition to my private clients. It was last year that I became intrigued with Buti yoga, and became certified in May 2017. My respect for this innovative practice lasted and when the opportunity to double down on both my RYT and Buti certifications presented itself, I jumped at the chance. My original schooling is classified as Hatha Yoga, and while all encompassing, my personal practice favors the fluidity of Vinyasa. In January of 2018 a Vinyasa/Hot/Buti Yoga intensive 200HR Teacher training in Kona, Hawaii reset my personal and professional trajectory. My path forward: Airs Above Yoga offers clients a practice tailored to suit the needs of the Equestrian (and anyone who sits in a chair all day!)

Montse has been working for the last 20 years, among other things, mentoring young artists in the world of theatre and performance. It was her passion for sharing and to help others realise their potential, that eventually lead her onto the path of yoga teaching. A practitioner since the late 90s, she never considered teaching, but finally took the leap and… couldn’t be happier! Montse first trained in the UK and later on added another 500hr in Rishikesh, India, with Krisha and Sangeeta Shikhwal, working with them on traditional hatha yoga, with elements of Iyengar style alignment and restorative yoga. Her classes are relaxed, friendly, with emphasis on alignment and large doses of humour. Everyone feels welcome, regardless of their level of skill or how long they had on the mat. Montse’s moto is ‘be your own template’, both in life and in yoga… Your shape is unique and so is your life, so don’t follow the ‘should be or look like this or that’; find your own path… on and off the mat. Montse will gently guide you in that exploration, as she has done with actors over the years she can help you find your own path, your own uniqueness and your own yoga practice. “She is a fantastic teacher in both the dynamic and more restorarative classes. Above all, she is a great facilitator who cares for you every step of the practice and encourages you to own your own practice and work within your availability to get into a pose, without needlessley pushing into a particular shape. I can highly recommend her classes!” – Matt Fennemore

Hi, I’m Julie! Yoga has given me a complete re-birth of what life is about, and the beauty of actually living. Before yoga, I was completely run down with the rat race of society, going from thing to thing, crossing off my workouts for the sake of a completed to-do list, but all I felt was complete disconnection from myself, my purpose, and my own body. My students who come to my classes establish that re-connection to their bodies and experience what it’s like to tap into their inner fire and build strength. Movement through yoga for me is healing, it is what has brought me a deeper purpose and connection to myself and life. In my classes students will go from low energy, to feeling their inner fire, feeling energized, feeling their personal power be re-ignited and build full-body strength. My power yoga classes are designed to build and strengthen your whole body while getting you to connect with your breath and work up a sweat! My classes are designed to incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental endurance all in one class, each practice is customized, and inspired by teachers like Cat Meffan who inspired me to teach in the virtual yoga community, to bring you in each yoga practice the perfect blend of sweat and serenity in the comfort of your own zen den. My approach to yoga is simple, my intention is to give each student the space to show up on their mat each week, to be connected the hour we practice together with their own body, to always do what feels right in their body, to create the space for each student to discover themselves- so you know when you need to chill out and to know when you a challenge. I believe to my core that movement is the medicine of life, and the first way to bring a deeper awareness to mind body connection, a vital piece in healing. That’s why I have dedicated my life and career to MOVEMENT, and became a personal trainer, and completed my yoga teacher training in Sedona, Arizona. My path has allowed me to learn the science behind how the body works, all it’s anatomy, and physiology, and how everything divinely functions as one. Through my education in dental science and dental hygiene, I have seen patients with various lifestyle diseases, chronic illnesses, and most of all stress-related illnesses brought on by our go-go society and disconnection from our own minds and bodies. I have seen the damage first hand of what happens when you aren’t living from your heart space, and living in a constant state of stress, tension, and external stimuli. Yoga, movement with breath, and allowing pent up prana (energy) to flow through your body is life changing. I am a student of life, and constantly diving deeper into my personal yoga practice and learning more and more about yoga and the connection with breath and strength. I believe movement and natural healing through ayurvedic and plant-based nutrition at its core is essential in our society to get out of our minds and into our bodies, to relish in the mind-body connection to live out a deeper more conscious existence. With my blend of strength and power with breathwork in my classes, I hope you will feel my high energy to each and every one of my students for my undeniable love of the practice, as well as my constant desire to continue to learn and deepen my knowledge through my own continued yoga education as well as my experience with other forms of movement through personal training and functional fitness. Can’t wait to see you there!

I was looking for a way to recover from feelings of self-doubt after having had a traumatic brain surgery. I decided after watching the character Nick in the movie Enlighten Up, the yoga skeptic, tear up that yoga would be worth the experiment. The next day I committed to practice 100 straight days of yoga online. The intention at the time was to transform my pain. 12 years later, here I am a dedicated student of yoga, and teaching, coaching and facilitating yoga retreats is the center of my life as a Somatic Coach and Resiliency Expert. Having always been a spiritual seeker, with multiple losses, and injuries that influence my journey, I have discovered my intuition is my best guidance. That gut feeling and heartbreak have new meaning to me now. My classes are experiences for you to garner the tools that can support you to move through life’s inevitable disruptions, traumas and personal events that leave us contracted, exhausted, fearful, uncertain or addicted. Amber Hagberg is a international yoga teacher living in Costa Rica, where she has called home for the last 4 years. Back in 2008, yoga came into her life at a time of desperation and deep depression where she had no purpose or desire for life. Through the profound transformation that transpired and continues to evolve in her life, Amber’s mission became clear. She continues to study yoga and learn more about herself so that she is able to better serve her students and give back to yoga what yoga has continuously and unconditionally given her for the last 10 years. She knows that yoga is changing the world, one practice, one human at a time. When practicing yoga with Amber, you can expect to be taken on a journey inward towards your heart in a space where you feel held and safe to come and be exactly as you are where you are. Amber believes that the yoga mat practice is just the beginning. The fruits of the practice come when we use the tools and lessons, we discover and uncover on our yoga mat in our daily lives. “We are all in this together. One heart beat, one breath at a time.”

Hi! I’m Constance. Born in Paris, I graduated from the University at Sorbonne with a degree in mathematics. Due to my analytical training, I’ve incorporated a scientific approach to my teaching, continually exploring and experimenting to optimize my methodology. I first started yoga following a serious injury, but I didn’t like it. Having a background in competitive sports, I found yoga too slow . I was accustomed to challenge my body with more intense activities and dynamic workouts. Then, after two weeks of practicing yoga, I started to feel pain subside in the parts of my body which were injured and began to regain my strength and flexibility. Through my own journey, I was able to experience the connection between yoga and its benefits to restoration and general health. As I started working with athletes in their training environment, I realized that the appropriate application of yoga was the missing component of a comprehensive performance training program while breathing was completely overlooked. After over seven years of studying and practicing different forms of movement and styles of yoga across more than 500 hours of training , I expanded my methodology to address common diseases (stress, anxiety, chronic pains, etc) outside of the athletic world. In my classes, you will experience a deep physical release using powerful breathwork and meditation, combined with deliberate flow movements and use of props. You’ll feel more relaxed, focused, and definitely more present.
Caelyn came to yoga four years ago as a way to manage stress and feelings of depression. In turn, yoga helped her find peace with the world. Among those things, yoga has also given Caelyn humility, strength, forgiveness, acceptance, self-worth and joy. She began her journey as a teacher because she felt passionate about sharing these discoveries with others. Caelyn received her 200 hour yoga teacher certificate in May of 2017 at Laughing River Yoga. She is also 25 hours trained in teaching Yin yoga. She is currently a part of the 500 hr program at Authentic Movements school of yoga. Here she is gaining a strong foundation in anatomy while learning new and exciting ways to practice yoga. She is grateful to offer her experience with yoga by guiding and supporting yogis through their journeys. Caelyn feels that teaching has been challenging and rewarding, but most of all it consistently holds her accountable for herself.
My yoga journey began several years ago when I desired a more balanced way of life. I grew tired of the racing through life, moving through my day and events and knowing I was missing life and meaning. I felt unsure where my life was meant to be taking me, but started to make a commitment to shifting my perspective and journey to more mindful approaches on health and wellness. During that time, I traveled to a few countries with the will to volunteer and immerse myself in culture. Upon return, something within me had shifted. I was a practitioner of yoga at the time, but was really just dabbling in the practice. I had no idea the intensity of the real work that I was already doing within. Fast forward a few years and yoga became a far more integral part of my life. A pathway to my True Self. I pursued teacher training and immediately began sharing through the gift of teaching. Yoga has been the path and the opening to so many wonderful, spiritual experiences in my life. I have been encouraged to grow, learn, evolve and transform my life in the most beautiful ways. Through yoga, I share with my students the power of the breath, stillness, meditation and the beauty of movement. Connection to the Self is the way for empowerment, growth and the process of letting go. I love to speak about energy, purpose, intention and the gi,ts we all already have within. I look forward to sharing my love of yoga with you and continuing on this journey together.
