Becky Clifford

I started practicing yoga ten years ago after a cancer diagnosis. A friend invited me to a class at Easton Yoga in Pennsylvania, USA, and it was love at first breath! I didn’t know what to expect and was willing to try anything that could help me de-stress and heal. I was amazed at what I learned and walked away with in the process.

I started to notice how through my continuous practice on the mat, the changes resonated off the mat. My body became more flexible, my mind clearer, my heart more open, and my health and vitality soared. I had a healthy baby girl in 2013, and am now a mommy. I am Level 2 Reiki certified, a Graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher certification at Easton Yoga in 2015. I began teaching community classes and then moved to Zug, Switzerland where I started BYouYoga. I taught both group and private classes during my time in Switzerland and have recently relocated back to Easton to continue my teaching journey. I have taken workshops on yoga/horsemanship, breath, Ayurveda, and read countless books on holistic approaches to healing and functional medicine. I have continued my education and also completed online teacher trainings including Sadie Nardini’s HIIT yoga and Seane Corn’s the Yoga of Awakening. I am excited to share one of my passions with you: Use less, LOVE more…Be whole!

Ella Arieta

Ella’s journey into yoga began in 2008 after taking a couple of classes and fell in love with the physical practice.

Being an Epilepsy survivor, she didn’t know how yoga was going to affect her.  Through yoga practice and meditation, she learned how to keep her seizures under control with retaining and ascending the breath.

“To me the breath is key to any yoga practice and you can’t do one without the other.  In order to practice the physical part of yoga you must learn how to control the breath, hear it sing and then link it to your physical vehicle-your body.”

She worked with a nonprofit that empowers people with Epilepsy and lead meditation classes.

Aside from teaching students with Epilepsy she loves teaching beginners, yin and vinyasa. “I don’t favor one practice over another.  Do you favor cookies over muffins or ice cream over cake?  That’s how I feel about yoga.  It’s all sweet to me.”

She’s been teaching yoga since 2015 and has completed 200 hours of teacher training and currently working towards her 500-hour teacher training. She is certified in yin yoga and children’s yoga.

Gabby Yates

Gabby Yates began practicing yoga in 1994 at the suggestion of her aunt to support her immune system through college. Yoga quickly became indispensable to her. Gabby’s yoga practice supported her as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, West Africa, as a consultant in Kosovo and Afghanistan and in the most potent way, as a mother. Gabby teaches challenging and aligned hatha yoga as a tool for students to cultivate personal development through insight and awareness. She believes yoga is a liberation practice for Every Body. To support this belief she founded Stay Engaged Yoga and partners with San Francisco-based Homeless Prenatal Program to make yoga available to homeless and marginalized mothers. Stacee Finkelstein

Hi! My name is Stacee and I’m the owner of Stamaste. Stamaste is a yogic lifestyle company that creates a warm, safe, serene space for anyone who wishes to start yoga, or deepen their yoga practice

I was inspired to explore yoga by my grandmother. Within a year of starting my personal yoga practice, I began to notice subtle shifts in the way that I carried myself ,my posture, and overall confidence.  Inspired by these internal transformations, I took my first 200-hour yoga teacher training program in 2015. I am currently an E-RYT 500 hour instructor, trained in hatha and vinyasa yoga.

I began studying hatha and vinyasa yoga under seasoned teacher Faith Hunter. I would continue on my yoga path to attend pranayama and meditation retreats, deepening my spiritual connection to the practice of yoga and to myself. I have also attended many sequencing workshops, in which I explored how to create a unique sequence to elevate my future yoga classes.

After achieving my 500 hour certification, I have learned innovative and creative methods of designing an enlightened experience for my students, utilizing meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, kriyas, mudras, chants, and mantras. I was also trained in kudalini yoga by combining postures, breathing, eye focus, hand positions, and meditation to stregthen the body and uplift the spirit. My advanced teacher training also prepared me for chakra healing and chakra sequencing. I am so excited to be continue on this journey of yoga and deepen her knowledge of advanced yoga sequencing and theory not only for my students, but also for myself.
